About Renovation Zone

Renovation Zone provides insurance packages for renovation projects, be it DIY home improvements or a major renovation incorporating large scale alteration, employment of tradesmen and extension work.

At Sennocke, self build and renovation is one of our specialist areas. We currently supply a market leading Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee product that enables several well-known banks and building societies to lend up to 95% in advance on both the plot and the build.

One of our directors is on the Build It advisory panel and has previously launched three successful brands into the self build arena providing financial services including insurance.

In an effort to make the sales process as streamlined as possible, our schemes are run entirely online, regardless of whether the enquiry is internet, telesales or paper based. The system is created and maintained in-house using our own web-development resources.
